The Fountain Stage

Salem's largest Halloween stage has been organized, run, and funded by The Gathering for the last 11 Halloweens. At the beinning of each October we set the stage up inside the fountain in front of the Peabody Essex Museum on Essex Street. This is in the busiest location in the center of the heaviest foot traffic during the October season.

During the course of the month we will run music on four weekends, and Halloween Day. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays the stage will be running with live music. Alongside the stage we provide free hot cocoa for visitors and locals alike. Consequently, there are few locals, or even visitors, who do not see our name, and have not benefitted from our services to the community.

All the work for this community project has been dontaed over the last 11years. Musicians donate their time, and talents. members of our church, and the community donate their service to serve free hot cocoa. This community project gives a platform for local arts, provides much needed entertainment in a heavily trafficked tourist town, and acts as a welcome to many of our city's visitors.

Opportunities for sponsorship exist with this project: Whether the sponsorship of a specific performer, or as a major sponsor of the stage. Your sponsorship helps cover the costs of this rather ambitious project.

Sponsors receive advertising acknowledgement in announcements, and on banners on the stage. There are few locations in the city of Salem as visible as the Fountain Stage each October.
